The purpose of this course is to achieve the desire of any church is to prevent a volatile situation from becoming physical, however when this is not possible it is very important that your staff be trained and equipped in a manner that allows them to de-escalate physical confrontations in a manner that is efficient, effective AND allows them the greatest opportunity to prevent injury to themselves or others. When possible if these physical confrontations can be defused in a manner that is “camera friendly” and this should be the objective.

We believe in the training principle of “Capability breeds Humility!” In other words we believe that in achieving a higher capability of skills through effective training the participant has the ability to maintain a higher level of relative calm under duress that real world situations present. Instead of operating from a “fear based” approach the capable operator can now operate from a position of confidence, thus quicker, better decisions are made and motor skill deployment is improved significantly.

If we communicate anything clearly through this report & service to our clients
it is the following:
We first and foremost give GOD the credit!
. . . for what we do and how we do it. We try to remain humble in our approach and attempt to effectively serve those who serve others according to:

Romans 13 : 3-7
3For rulers hold no terror for those who do right, but for those who do wrong. Do you want to be free from fear of the one in authority? Then do what is right and he will commend you. 4For he is God's servant to do you good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for he does not bear the sword for nothing. He is God's servant, an agent of wrath to bring punishment on the wrongdoer. 5Therefore, it is necessary to submit to the authorities, not only because of possible punishment but also because of conscience. 6This is also why you pay taxes, for the authorities are God's servants, who give their full time to governing. 7Give everyone what you owe him: If you owe taxes, pay taxes; if revenue, then revenue; if respect, then respect; if honor, then honor.
